We will do our best to ship your item out within 3 business days. However, please note that some items might only be available at our booth at Frank & Son Collectible show. If your order contains an item that we have there, then your order will not be able to be shipped out until the following Monday or Monday following the order being placed. 

All items are carefully inspected and hand packed with care. However we hold no responsibility for any damages caused by the carrier during transit. Since we do not have any control over how the carrier handles your package, we can't be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in mint condition.
